Krishan is a business focused consultant with 22+ years of experience in HR practice & consulting across various sectors in the Indian Ocean, East Africa, and Middle East regions. He has been collaborating with Willis Towers Watson Africa & Middle East for the past 3 years.

Lead Consultant

Aarti is a seasoned HR professional with more than 21 years experience across a multiple sectors. After a rich Corporate HR career in diverse companies, with her last role being the HR Director in a regional African company, she has transitioned back to her passion for Consulting. She has joined BI Instruments Ltd. as Senior HR Consultant, assisting clients in Africa and the Middle East.
