We’ve helped organizations grow through smarter HR solutions
In 2023, WTW was commissioned by Business Mauritius, UNDP Mauritius and the Human Resource Development Council to conduct the first of its kind National Employee Engagement Survey in Mauritius. The 100% online survey ran from March to August 2023.
- The aim of the National Employee Engagement Survey was to offer employers a unique opportunity to obtain actionable data concerning key areas such as skills gaps, employee sentiment, collaborative working environments, incentive among others. More than 21,000 employees from 300+ companies across all economic sectors participated in the survey. The survey findings were compiled into an Overall Mauritius Benchmark Report, which included sectoral analyses, key findings and recommended best practices.
- The full results were published on 5 October 2023 at an event attended by over 150 companies. The report is available on the Business Mauritius website www.businessmauritius.org
- Over 40 companies were provided with Company-Specific Reports to help them understand their results and formulate action plans.
