- He has previously held senior HR positions in Global companies in the Technology, Banking and Manufacturing industries, where he had the opportunity to lead large scale transformations, apply international best practices, implement strategic projects, and collaborate within diverse and multi-cultural teams.

- Krishan has extensive consulting experience in the areas of employee engagement, organisational effectiveness, change management, talent management, competency assessment & development, succession planning, and people analytics.
- Since 2011, he has been advising Board Chairmen, Board Directors, CEOs, and C-suite Executives on how to develop winning strategies to support fast paced business growth. He advised many organisations in Mauritius throughout the pandemic on how to successfully pivot their businesses by revising strategy, assessing leadership capability, measuring employee engagement, designing new operating models, and facilitating organisational change and workforce transitions.
- He is an active member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD) and acts as Independent Director for non-listed companies in Mauritius.
